Update of bug #41326 (project octave): Release: 3.8.0 => dev _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #8: Can you summarize the status of this issue for 4.4 or 5? The summary says that a warning is printed, but I do not get a warning with Octave 4.2 or 4.4 on Debian GNU/Linux. Is this a Windows-only character encoding issue now? Is this a duplicate now of the several other open bug reports about Windows and character encodings? _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?41326> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
