Details:

I installed octave 4.4.0 (octave-4.4.0-w64-installer.exe) on windows 10 64
bit. 
When I start octave I get an error message as in the attached file. The
notepad++ version in C:\Octave\Octave-4.4.0\notepad++ is v6.2.3. I installed
the latest version of Notepad++ (v7.5.6) and copied it onto
C:\Octave\Octave-4.4.0\notepad++ and that fixed the problem.
