Follow-up Comment #7, bug #53841 (project octave): Correct. The Qt5Sql module is already correctly listed as a dependency on Qt5Help, so it is taken care of. The liboctgui.so library already depends on and links with libQt5Sql, so again, taken care of. This is only a result of fine-grained packaging decisions in Debian-based distributions.
