Follow-up Comment #9, bug #54245 (project octave):
Yes, it's possible to force a build, but before we do that, let me try to
debug this problem. I can duplicate it.
If you look at the qtimageformats.mk fragment, you'll see the source file
definition is a bit different from other packages. I'm guessing this doesn't
work properly with the new rules I imported from the current mxe sources.
