Details:

When I first open octave, everything works fine. I can save files without any
problem with the keyboard shortcut.
But after a certain time - I can't think of a cause or a pattern - pressing
Ctrl+S does not save the file anymore. I can still use the save buttons in the
menu and other shortcuts like Copy and Paste, only not Ctrl+S.
When I close and re-open the program it starts working again (for maybe 30
minutes or so) before it stops again.
I have a German Windows 10. Resetting shortcuts doesn't seem to change
anything. I don't think a special script I'm working on causes this, it can
happen when I'm doing anything.
