Follow-up Comment #15, bug #53468 (project octave):

The file hgload.tst is not properly added to the build system to be
distributed with the release and to be installed with the rest of the test
scripts. Can you please add it to test/module.mk? See for example
https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/7094f73d4ece, and please make
sure the file is listed in sorted order.
