Yeah, so how about organization = "octave", application = "octave-gui"?

I prefer lowercase, but doesn't really matter to me. I see about 6:1 in favor
of lowercase in my ~/.config directory. Empathy, GIMP, QtProject, Thunar,
VirtualBox are uppercase, all others are lowercase.
