Follow-up Comment #15, bug #56151 (project octave):
On the other side, when I am typing something and i then use the up arrow key,
the previous command is shown and not commands that match what I have entered
so far. I remember that his was working. Maybe that is the reason why the
arrow keys are always browsing the history, because there is no search for a
matching history entry.
