Details:

normpdf.m is missing from the statistics package install. I did an in octive
pachage install and normpdf.m is not installed. I also tool a look in the
archive and I can't find it there. So I went way back (to 2009) in the
archives and I still can't find it. This used to be installed as part of
Octave 3 as I recall. The statistics documentation page says this function
should be included with the latest package.
