Follow-up Comment #5:
I went through the OARS tool and came up with this result
<content_rating type="oars-1.0" />
In other words, "no" to every possible category.
And yet, some of the categories that the tool asks about are worded a bit
vaguely in terms of a generic interpreter / processing environment. For
example, does Octave permit messages to be sent over the network? I would say
it does, but that probably doesn't match the intent of the ratings tool.
