Follow-up Comment #4, bug #56738 (project octave):

That seems to broke interactive plotting for me.
I.e. docs are built fine, but if I start
./run-octave and do say plot(1:10) absolutely nothing happens.
Same with either gnuplot or qt backends...

Also, "help" seems to be broken as well (also, "help help"
just nothing happens).
