Follow-up Comment #4, bug #57191 (project octave):
ok, fixed by jwe's last commit:
"make Ctrl-C work as interrupt in command window again"
I built just before that commit...
To clarify the "as expected":
When I start any X11 program from the commandline in a terminal, I naively
expect that typing CTRL-C in that terminal will kill it. I just tried many
GUIs on my system and did not find any other that won't behave like that.
Eg. maxima commandline catches Ctrl-C but xmaxima is killed...
