Details:
The list of 'statistics' functions currently available in core Matlab is
listed here:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/descriptive-statistics.html
Some of them correspond to functions that used to be in a toolbox
(signal/stats) but moved to core so I wondered if we could do the same in
Octave.
* Functions currently in signal package from Octave Forge: xcorr, xcov
* Not implemented functions: mink, maxk, topkrows
