Follow-up Comment #4:

Picking up as I find it undesirable that tests in .oct files can't be run
after "pkg install ..." and then I accidentally found this bug report.

The current patch (comment #3) creates the .cc-tst files but only in the temp
directory used by "pkg install ..." and doesn't copy them over.
I'll try to fix this, I suppose the .cc-tst files will end up in the
archdependent directory where I hope the related patch from bug #4115 comment
#11 will find them.
