Follow-up Comment #10, bug #57033 (project octave):

I appended a new patch (it contains rev2-patch). 

Changes:
Economy versions of C, Q and R are returned if qr(...,0) is called.
Column permutation of A is returned as (vector|matrix) if
qr(...,("vector"|"matrix")) is called.
Additional tests if HAVE_SPQR is set.
