Follow-up Comment #1:
Confirmed. Practically no development had taken place on Octave 5.2.0 in
2020. Thus I avoid the massive 2019 --> 2020 change for all source files.
But in the most important spots regarding the 5.2.0 release, you mentioned two
of them, I'll have to add new years and content soon.
