Details:
In Octave 5.1 and 5.2, the dir function returns the right thing:
>> mkdir ("/tmp/emptydir");
>> list = dir ("/tmp/emptydir");
>> list(1).name
ans = .
>> list(1).folder
ans = /tmp/emptydir
In Octave 6, this entry gets the wrong "folder" value, it gets the value of
the current working directory instead:
>> mkdir ("/tmp/emptydir");
>> list = dir ("/tmp/emptydir");
>> list(1).name
ans = .
>> list(1).folder
ans = /home/mike
