Dear OF maintainers,

As recently reported on the help mailing list

The OF example-package

cannot be used in it's current shape.

Two changes need to be done to make it work again.

1. Backout the latest changeset 0b5ba58fde08 (2017), as it creates a subfolder
which does not work with the default maintainer's Makefile.

2. Remove the test for PostgreSQL. This might be a relic from the database
package, which served as prototype. At least my Linux does contain it by
default and seems to be unnecessary for the package, thus keep the
requirements low, the happiness of first usage high.

Patch attached.
