Follow-up Comment #1, bug #58452 (project octave):
It should have nothing to do with passing an error handler or not, but only
with how the passed function was defined.
Functions defined with 'function ... endfunction' on the command line won't
work with the newly implemented parcellfun and pararrayfun. This is not yet
explicitly mentioned in the docs and the NEWS file, but probably should be.
This is one of the limitations which are the price for making parcellfun and
pararrayfun safe with threaded Octave, sorry.
