Follow-up Comment #4, bug #58676 (project octave):
👍 I think that's all that's really needed. To make `spmd` actually _do_
SPMD, you're basically gonna need a whole toolbox, and the Parallel ain't
there yet from what I've seen. But with this change, code will actually run;
it'll just be slower.
