Follow-up Comment #8:

As the reporter my intent is exactly that case shouldn't matter at all. I
should be able to create a package with the name declared as "ExampleData",
and a user should be able to install it, uninstall it, and load it with the
name "ExampleData" or "exampledata" or "eXaMpLeDaTa".
