Octave + BLAS/OpenBLAS --> produces correct result
Octave + MKL --> produces incorrect result
Scilab + MKL --> produces correct result (Someone confirmed in a comment in
https://askubuntu.com/a/1265802/124466)
Fortran + MKL --> produces correct result (Someone confirmed in
https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-oneAPI-Math-Kernel-Library/GNU-Octave-gives-different-results-with-MKL/m-p/1198890/highlight/true#M29885)
