I pushed the following changeset on stable and merged with default:


I believe this fixes the problem, but with recent changes to function handles,
I think the behavior of the script that uses a persistent array of handles has
changed.  However, I think the current behavior is correct since lookup of
functions through simple function handles is performed at the time of the
function call, not when the handle is created, and only one "computation"
function will be defined globally.
