Follow-up Comment #5, bug #59192 (project octave): Agree about eliminating unwind_protect first. I've been doing that when I notice it. I remember now that there may be a few cases where it may be a bit more difficult to eliminate. If you are interested, search for the uses of "curr_fcn_unwind_protect_frame".
