In comment #5 I forgot to list Saturn's ref. radius; for completeness, it's is
58235000 m (after Matlab).

Thanks John for providing the implementation.

After a little investigation it seems the radii from Matlab are obtained from
"mean radius with equal surface" (than referenceEllipsoid) + a little
rounding. AFAICS they're not that much deviant after all; it merely seems a
definition issue. For reference radii (& elliposoids) it's quite the same as
for many other standards: "the nice thing is that there are so many to choose
from".

referenceSphere.m will be part of mapping-1.4.2, release date not yet planned
other than 'some time next year'.

FTR, I've also added 'Unit Sphere' to referenceEllipsoid.m and made it the
default, just like the competition.
