Follow-up Comment #8, bug #59474 (project octave):

Do you have qtchooser package installed?  If not, can you install it.  After
install, see if 


moc -qt5


works.  This should not throw an error, but give you a blank line as the moc
interpreter is waiting for input from stdin.  You can use Ctrl+D or Ctrl+C to
get out of it.
