Follow-up Comment #19, bug #60310 (project octave):

Oh now i did something very very very dirty. I think i belong to hell. 
I recognized that qt version of octave 6.2.0 is 5.14.2. and qt version of
octave 5.2.0 is 5.14.0. I copied all the files from 5.2.0\mingw64\bin to
6.2.0\mingw64\bin without copying the old octave*.* files. Then i copied the
folder 5.2.0\qt5 to 6.2.0\qt5. Lets say i use the old runtime system and the
new octave program. 

Now i am able to start octave 6.2.0. on my account. I did some symbolic tests
and ploting and it works so far.
