[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #60310] GUI not showing

Follow-up Comment #29, bug #60310 (project octave):

(1)
Copying from 6.2.1 to 6.2.0 does not work.
Not if i only copy the qt*.* files, not if i only copy the icu*.* files and
not if i copy them both plus the qt5 folder.

(2)
In my system32 directory i found two files icuuc.dll and icuin.dll but octave
6.2.0 does not run if i copy those two files from 5.2.0 to the original 6.2.0.
So i dont't think that they are part of the problem. But i have no idea tho
which program they belong or they are par of windows.

(3)
I am pleased with nightbuild 6.2.1 running on my system but if you think it
makes sense to find the problem with 6.2.0 i will go on looking for it.
