Follow-up Comment #38, bug #60273 (project octave): I didn't realize that OpenBLAS was now the recommended library. I updated my local PC from reference BLAS to OpenBLAS and now I see BIST failures as well. I relaxed some more BIST tolerances in this changeset: http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/2c7a8040f4f2.
