Follow-up Comment #1, bug #62312 (project octave):
I fixed the wiki at https://wiki.octave.org/Release_History to point to 7
instead of 7.1.
Not sure why https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/NEWS.html points to 4.2 but
at least there are links at the top to all versions including 7.
