Follow-up Comment #13, bug #62868 (project octave):

According to this page, there are no drivers for that graphics card for
Windows 10 or 11:

You might be using generic drivers from the OS when the `opengl32.dll` file in
Octave's installation directory is renamed. Those might not be "good enough".
And that was one of the main reasons why we started to bundle `opengl32.dll`
in the first place.
I wonder why the bundled .dll isn't working though. (It should be a software
renderer, pretty much independent on the graphics hardware installed on your
system.)


That might be a long shot: Could you try with a nightly build? The one in the
section `mxe-default` here:
https://buildbot.octave.space/#/download

It uses newer versions of Qt5 and mesa3d than the ones included in the
"official" installer. Maybe that'll make a difference...
