Without that mount point, anything using /tmp will use the /tmp of the install
rather than the windows temp - not sure if would effect msys commands only ?

There was a bug report where files were getting created in /tmp, and some in
windows temp but I cant remember the bug number

Its easy enough to change it to add the noacl
