Follow-up Comment #29, bug #63646 (project octave):

@mmuetzel: It looks good overall. A couple of questions:

* The documentation says that only consecutive polygons are merged by default,
not all polygons. Should the line `QList<QPolygonF> reconstruct (int
reconstruct_level = 2)` have the default value be 1 instead of 2 to be
consistent?

* Could you change all instances of "subsequent" to "consecutive" for
consistency pls?
