Follow-up Comment #4, bug #67187 (group octave):

I can reproduce that with the following in my .octaverc file:

dbstop if error

pkg load netcdf


I don't have the netcdf package installed either.
That was when starting Octave with the `run-octave` script from the build
tree

I can't reproduce that with an installed version of Octave 10.2.0.
