The rand tests are statistical and check the conformance to the correct
distribution. They'll fail once in a while. Run it again and see if it
goes away.

Maybe you have a missing dependency. I suppose I should disable the
tests depending on what dependencies are installed, but its too much
work when the better solution is just to install the missing dependencies.
