I am surprized to see that you have already uploaded 2.9.17.
So probalbly I will not able to spend calm weekend. :-)
Buy the way, I found a small mistake in octave dowload page.
PLEASE NOTE: Octave 2.9.16 is a pre-release version of Octave 3.0. It is
significantly different from
Octave 2.1.x, particularly with ....
PLEASE NOTE: Octave 2.9.16 => 2.9.17
The note seems not to catch up with your powerful version up. :-)
