Isn't this redundant with findobj using 'flat' argument?
Basically
ishandle_with_prop (h, "prop1", value1, "prop2", value2, ...)
is the same as
ishandle(h) && findobj(h, "flat", "prop1", value1, "prop2", value2, ...)
