Brief question

According to the documentation of the plot function

plot (x, y, "@nm")

will return a plot using points m of color n. Using the mac binary from octave 
forge this does the following.

plots with black color and point style '+' whatever the values of n and m are 
(when you print), while on the screen the color is controlled by the number m 
and the number n does nothing!

Is that a system related bug or a general one? Anybody that can test linux n 
win?
