QScintilla and MinGW

What is needed to get configure find QScintilla?

A while ago (some months) I could build the GUI (after some manual fixing
here and there).
But now configure complains that it can't find QScintilla.

I had already copied QScintilla2.dll to the /bin dir in the Qt4 directory
tree.
