I'd like to contribute a new algorithm I developed earlier this month to the outliers package. It's a single function that combines the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and resampling techniques. It works well in all cases I've tested, and appears to be robust. I'm currently working on a theoretical white paper regarding extensions of this. Please let me know if I can contribute.
