What version of tar is your system using?

GNU tar 1.23

After installing the base mingw system, I ran

    mingw-get update
    mingw-get upgrade

And if the tar command is executed, then I assume the sha1sum that is computed must match the one in the qrupdate.mk file, so presumably the file is not corrupted...
