German GUI translation

Dear maintainers and translators,

we created a wiki site http://wiki.octave.org/Octave-de for german users
and especially for the organisation of tasks which are specialised to
the german language.

It includes a chapter "german translation guide" where I think we should
discuss if we are translating "Community" to "Gemeinschaft" or leave it
http://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Community or if we use "Du" or "Sie"
for example.

It also links to http://translate.osuv.de/projects/octave-de/ where
users can help translating the GUI strings (Basically a linguist-qt4
webtool)
