Thanks Carnë,
with the  Makeconf.in  file now the configuration is ok.
Now I get another problem: after  
$ ./configure   
I type   
$ make
but then, trying to type 
$ sudo make install
I get the following problem
/bin/bash: INSTALL@: command not found
make: *** [install] Error 127

and the problem seems related to  Makeconf  and  Makeconf.in   files at line 21:
INSTALL = @INSTALL@
