I am working on the commenting system in OctaveCodeShare ( modified version
of Scipy Central for Octave ).
It is at https://github.com/oswalpalash/OctaveCodeShare
I am adding unauthorized commenting access for the code shared. It will lead
to an easier access in overall code handling. 
I would like to know the views of the community! It'll be my very first work
on the Scipy central project! If anyone likes to mentor me on this, please
let me know! I would be updating the commenting section initially and then
move on to .tar bundles.

I would like to be guided on working at this project!
