OK, that's good. I notice that some shortcuts still work (the ones with numbers, e.g., cntl+shift+0). That's fine too. Could we make the small project be "gray the appropriate shortcut tags when global keys are not active"?
Another thing I just noticed is that typing "Cancel" in the dialog box after doing Cntl-O from the main window will put the focus into the editor. The focus should probably go back to the window before the dialog was put on screen.
