Hey Everyone, This is utkarsh (trueutkarsh). I've been involved with octsympy for past few weeks and I want to continue doing that in summers . I wanted to propose project for octsympy ,and as the GSoC ideas page mentions the aim is to build a "C++ oct-file interface that interacts with Python as a library" . Its not much clear to me. Currently we create a temp python file run it and put the output in octave . What new are we trying ? We still need to make a python file for the function right or not ? I wanted to know what is the current status of it. Has any one started building it and if so what's the progress ? How can I get involved ? Currently I am studying the present ipc systems popen2 and system .Trying to see their work around. Any kind of help is really appreciated. Thanks Utkarsh Gautam
