The status of Hydra job ‘gnu:octave-default:tarball’ (on x86_64-linux) has changed from "Failed" to "Failed with output".  For details, see

I don't know who is monitoring the Hydra build job, but the fix is simple.  The machine for the build needs to include the lzip utility.  I looked at the failing log and I see
