released generate_html-0.3.0

Hi all,

a new release (0.3.0) of the generate_html package has been made.

Apart from attempting an appearance of locally viewed pages more
similar to the appearance at Octave Forge (stylesheet, icons), the
package has been internally much overhauled.

A repository link is now generated at the index page.

The function database now supports nested namespaces and classes in
namespaces. This is for future packages and for the case someone
restructures a package; currently I'm not aware of a package which
needs it.
