Additional possible topic for OctConf2018 project list

Maybe you can add bug #53280
(https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?53280) to the list of project
topics for code sprints.  Using grep I found three mentions of C++0x in
code comments.  Now that C++11 is required on the development branch we
should take a look at these FIXME comments and resolve them, or simply
delete them if they no longer apply.
