mxe-octave octave version

[Tatsuro MATSUOKA]

I tried to build octave on mxe-octave.
I pulled the current development source and build it on ubuntu.
Version of octave was 4.5.0+.

I set the PATH to octave 4.5.0+ and tried to build mxe-octave.

 ./configure --enable-devel-tools --enable-octave=default 
--enable-binary-packages --disable-docs 


make zip-dist JOBS=8[create settings.mk]
[check requirements]
Warning - could not find native build version 4.3.0+ of octave - some packages 
may fail, but continuing


The version is still 4.3.0+ for default on mxe-octave.
